Policies

Lead Time - Catering orders should be placed as far ahead as possible with a minimum of 72 hours in advance. For Dinners and more elaborate events, 7 days minimum advance notice is requested, however, we will accommodate all late orders to the best of our ability. Please note, orders placed within the 72 hour window will be assessed an expedited service fee of $150.
 
Pickups – All caterings come with tablecloths and the necessary utensils for the events. In the interest of the environment and cost containment, we request that all equipment and supplies delivered to meetings be left in the room. If it is necessary to move any equipment to another location, please call 707.330.6331 to notify us of any changes. If we are unable to pick-up equipment, it may be charged to your department.

Additional Services - We at your Catering department are happy to provide you with any additional services you may need. Wait-Staff, Balloons, Flower Arrangements, Decorations, Custom Linens and China, Venue Rental and Entertainment! All can be arranged for your gathering. Call the Cafe Food Service Director for more information.

Delivery - To insure prompt delivery, please place your orders at least 72 hours in advance. 


Ordering Information- Please complete your order online. A copy will be emailed to the cafe and the requestor. We will not accept orders via the telephone, however if you need help, call us at 707.330.6331 and we can assist you. All orders require written confirmation before delivery.

Note:  8.25% sales tax will be added to all invoices
